Q: Postage and shipping costs
What are your shipping/postage rates?
A:
There are currently 4 shipping/postage rates for New Zealand and these are mostly sent via Fastway Couriers or NZ Post.
(1) SMALL ITEMS ONLY (NZ Nationwide) - $3.50 - items that will fit in an A5 bag, e.g. Crayon Rocks, up to 3 leg warmers, one item of clothing etc. If unsure, please contact us to check if this shipping option is available for your purchase.
(2) Within Auckland Area $5.00
(3) Outside Auckland $6.50
Shipping options (2) & (3) are flat fee charges regardless of how much you buy.
(4) FREE SHIPPING FOR PURCHASES OVER $150
International destinations will be provided with a quote for larger orders. Please contact us with details of order and we will get right back to you with cost!
We take all reasonable care with packaging to ensure the articles arrive in fabulous shape but cannot accept responsibility for broken/lost items caused by freight and handling by carriers. We will however do everything possible to ensure this does not happen and follow up on any lost/damaged items with the carriers.
Q: International Shipping
Do you ship outside of New Zealand?
A:
Yes ! We certainly do. We ship all around the world. Large orders will need to be confirmed prior to shipping in case of heavy articles. Please contact us for a quote.
Q: Payment Options
What are the payment options?
A:
We offer the following payment options:
Credit Card or Paypal - Visa, Mastercard or Paypal Account : all of our credit card transactions are processed by Paypal. This means that Bubbalooz Limited do not receive or hold your credit card details, and is a safe and easy way for you to pay, being an SSL secured and encrypted site
Direct Deposit (NZ Only) - payment can be made via internet banking direct deposit into our account. Please note this preference when checking out. If choosing this option payment must be received in full within 3 days of placing your order. Our bank account details will be provided at the top of your order confirmation/invoice.
Layby (NZ Only) - we also offer a Layby service. Please see below for full terms and conditions of Layby service.

What are your Laybuy Terms and Conditions?
A:
Our Laybuy T&Cs are as follows:
20% deposit is required upon receiving your order. The balance is to be paid off over 8 weeks, in which time payment needs to be made in full. Once full payment has been received, your items will be sent. If payment is not received at the end of the 8 weeks, your order will be cancelled and no refund will be given for any payments made.
To use the Laybuy service, select this as your payment method at checkout and once your order is received, we will email you with details including amount of deposit required, our bank account details and due date that your balance is due.
Please note that payment of deposit will constite accepteance of these terms and conditions.
Q: Returns policy
Do you accept returns?
A:
Yes we do - under the following circumstances:
* The purchased item is faulty or damaged (not including freight damage/fault). * The sizing is incorrect or product description was incorrect.
We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items, as these are generally clearance items or specials offered to our registered members.
Q: Gift wrap/Cards
Do you offer a gift wrapping and/or card service?
A:
Yes we do and we love to wrap up all your goodies! We select gorgeous contempory wraps, ribbons and gift boxes to truly impress the lucky recipient. We charge small amount for this service and you can also have a lovely handwritten gift card to go with your gift. Our customers are very happy!!
Q: Gift registry process
How does this work?
A:
Quite simply! You will need to create yourself an account first. Then browse our range of gorgeous childrens products, adding them to the 'add to gift registry' cart as you find items you like.
You will be taken to an area where you can select your event type, date and if you would like your gift registry to be public or private. For a public registry,you will still need to create a password for others to veiw it.
When you have finished adding your desired products, you can send an email to multiple recipients, which will include a mesage and a link to the gift registry section on our website. Don't forget to provide the password!
When someone veiws your registry, they will have the easy option to 'add to cart', where they will go through the normal check out procedure. The item will then appear as 'sold' on your registry. We can send out your gifts on any chosen day to any chosen address. Easy!
Q: Requesting products
Is it possible to request particular products within your brands?
A:
Sure! We don't always stock every product that particular brand provides, but we quite often do 'special requests' for any products that we can order in. We try our best. Just send us an email !
