This stylish eco-friendly pacifier holder keeps your little one's pacifier free from falling to the floor. They are made from 100% Food Grade Silicone.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Clean pacifier chain with a damp cloth and water only. Do not immerse in water or use cleaning products. Do not sterilize, boil, or place in a dishwasher. Air dry after cleaning, store in a clean dry place.

SAFETY:

OB's products are made to the highest standards, however if used incorrectly and breakage occurs, they may become a choking hazard. Please check before each use and discard at the first sign of wear. Do not alter in any way and always use under adult supervision. Only attach pacifier chain to clothing. Do not leave with babies unattended or when sleeping. This is a pacifier holder/soother and not meant to be used as a toy or teether. Discard after 3-6 months.

Our Pacifier chains have been laboratory tested to comply with the EN12586 sections on requirements for Consumer goods Safety Standard 2017 for pacifier chains.

Returns Policy
We are happy to help sort out returns, exchanges and resolve any manufacturing issues you may have with your purchase. We want you to be comfortable with your online shipping experience so you are able to return items for full refund within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new, unopened, unused, unwashed and in perfect condition including the packaging. Please ensure you take utmost care in packaging this for return so we can receive it back in saleable condition. If the item you purchased was a sale item that we have since discontinued, you will receive a store credit instead. Shipping is non-refundable on returns and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Please ensure you contact us before sending your items back for return/exchange.

If you would like us to return an item (due to incorrect sizing or change or mind) for an exchange you will be responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions. Please contact us first before sending back an item – we will provide you with the return address and further instructions (if any).

Shipping
We ship NZ wide using tracked Courier. We also ship internationally to most countries. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please contact us for a shipping quote if you would like your order sent internationally. Please send your query to jasmine@bubbalooz.co.nz with the items you would like to purchase and your postal address. We will then reply with quotes for your shipping options. Please be aware that international shipping currently is taking twice as long as it would normally.

We can ship via Airmail (tracked) and have various options to send via Courier.
