The necklace beads are made from 100% silicone, akin to pacifiers and bottle teats. Beads are non-toxic and comply with USA FDA and EU food-grade testing and USA toy standards. All beads are washable and soft on baby’s gums.

The necklaces are also ideal for wearing while cooking, exercising or working in healthcare or childcare. They are the perfect beach or resort accessory. All pieces are waterproof, washable andÛÜ heat-resistant and feature a breakaway clasp for added safety. The breakaway clasp pops open when given a hard tug.

The necklaces can also be used as a sensory tool to help babies focus while breastfeeding.

Returns Policy
We are happy to help sort out returns, exchanges and resolve any manufacturing issues you may have with your purchase. We want you to be comfortable with your online shipping experience so you are able to return items for full refund within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new, unopened, unused, unwashed and in perfect condition including the packaging. Please ensure you take utmost care in packaging this for return so we can receive it back in saleable condition. If the item you purchased was a sale item that we have since discontinued, you will receive a store credit instead. Shipping is non-refundable on returns and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Please ensure you contact us before sending your items back for return/exchange.

If you would like us to return an item (due to incorrect sizing or change or mind) for an exchange you will be responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions. Please contact us first before sending back an item – we will provide you with the return address and further instructions (if any).

Shipping
We ship NZ wide using tracked Courier. We also ship internationally to most countries. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please contact us for a shipping quote if you would like your order sent internationally. Please send your query to jasmine@bubbalooz.co.nz with the items you would like to purchase and your postal address. We will then reply with quotes for your shipping options. Please be aware that international shipping currently is taking twice as long as it would normally.

We can ship via Airmail (tracked) and have various options to send via Courier.
